Here is the place
to find a Southeast Valley rental house to call home. Most are
unfurnished homes, condos and townhouses. We prefer a one year
lease. Occasionally,
shorter terms are available at slightly higher rents. All
applicants are subject to a thorough credit, trade, job and rental history
check. All applicants must complete a Rental Application
and pay a non-refundable processing fee of $35 per individual or $50
per married couple. Normal move-in costs include the first month's
rent, a refundable security deposit in an amount equal to the monthly rent,
a $150 non-refundable redecorating fee and a $150 non-refundable pet fee per
